Insurance Claim and nobody getting back to me

Someone drove into the side of my car in September 2013.
Besides the fact that it took over 2 months for an assessor from Mutual and Federal to come and have a look at my car (this is after I had to phone them around 20 times), they sent me a settlement quote that is laughable.

The assessor compared my car to an Audi (my car is a 1967 Chevy Camaro - a classic, where parts have be shipped in from the States).
After replying to Mutual and Federal telling them I did not accept the settlement, and asking them to please reconsider and get back to me within 7 Days, surprise surprise, I have still heard nothing.

I did not cause the accident and it should be covered in full (thus according to the quotes that you have at your disposal) on the third party insurance of the policy applicable.
Based on two aspects, i.e. the new legislation of Treating Clients Fairly as well as the principle of insurance, you have an obligation to honour the claim in full.

The normal principle of insurance is: put me in the position that I was before the accident. The face that the claim is a third party claim is irrelevant.

This process has been more than frustrating, and I would just like feedback!
