Another bank that don't delive

Again another bank who just make promises and don't deliver. A paid up letter was asked months back by the Debt counselling service my husband used for his credit card that was paid up and still not us or the debt counsellors have received anything.
Seems like the moment you own them money they can make you life a living but as soon as they must do there part they just ignore the customers who after all paid there salaries.
