I can help debt counceling-----NOT HELPING

So being through a divorce I have had the opportunity of signing with a debt counselling company.
initially there was a lot of politics in terms of the councillor the left the company etc, but eventually all was settled and I was on the debt counselling program.
Now I only have my car, bond, and Credit card on the program.
this has been ongoing when all of a sudden I get an sms with one of the creditors that I have not paid my debt according to the agreement!
however every month on time the payment distribution agency debit is paid>???
I now find out that my credit card has not been paid since last year!!!
Well till date I cannot get hold of Clint Muller the debt counsellor (DC519), that is supposed to help me with these issues.
so now I a faced with even more problems that the bank want to take action against me, a counsellor that simply ignores my mails messages etc..
is this not a lot of fun?
can you say Ombudsman!
