Deducting money from Current account

On Thursday the 4th July I want to draw some money, but their was no money left in my account. I went to the branch. They told me that there was an amount of R1894-87 deducted from my account but I must come back on Saturday. Saturday morning I went back. Then they told me that if was deducted by Nedbank Legal Department for an Credit Card. This amount is monthy paid by the Debt Counsellor. I am on Debt Counselling from 2008. They give me the number of the Legal Department. It was very difficult to reach them, but at the end I leave a message on Monday the 8th and explaine the problem. In the afternoon I received a sms: This serves as notification that your Nedbank current account was debited for R1894-87 as payment towards your Nedbank credit card. Contact 011 8741800.This was the number of a attorney that explained that my account was nou settled. I explain to them that I am om Debt Counselling and that the Debt Counsellors are paying them and that I need that money to live for the rest of the month. The lady informed me that she will write a letter to Nedbank, but she don't think it is possible to reverse this amount. I lodge a complaint to Nedbank but without response
