This place needs to be shut down and i am not resting until NCR does just that!!! how freaken long does it take to remove persons from a debt counselling status when they didnt even sign anything with you! You people are a. You give out fake cancellation letters! Your phones are not working, you dont ever pick up. I have an appointment with NCR tomorrow! This is! Someone stupid agent called not telling me that you're debt counsellors, but rather spoke as if you are consolidators. Little did i know! the next thing after asking around that very same day, people explained better and i got back telling you not to send any application forms for i was not ready to commit myself to debt counselling. from December last year till now i still appear to be under debt counselling! Remove me from this nonsense, im done trying to sort this out with you, you treat me like an and to me that i have been removed, ITS BEEN 10 MONTHS ALREADY!
