DIAL DIRECT, VERY POOR/BAD REPAIRS BY NOMINATED

We submited our Hail Damage repair claim 22 Oct 2012 And took our Kia in to Global Hail 16 Nov 2012. We wanted to get 3 quotes from our preferred repairer, we told we cant, we have to use Dial Directs preferred supplier. We were adamant that we want a professional good quality job to be done. We were assured by Corne DialD assesor, they have the best people on the job, years of experience etc etc. The car has been in for repairs twice already, 5 months have passed, I have the car back now, but the job is shockingly bad, parts not fitting correcly together, cut wires, windscreen washer pump not working, airbag not working, parts of the body work are matt, not gloss metalic. The DialD chosen panelbeater "Top Class Panelbeathers" workmanship is horrific, and Corne DD assessor seems to think this is ok. We are not at all satisfied, and are going to have take this up with the Motor Industry Ombadsman / Ombudsman For Short Term Insurance / our attorneys, if we are not assisted in this matter. We have been more than patient. We are not being unreasonable. No claims in 10 years. Hail claim only, natural disaster. Full detals will be supplied, please contact me, I can email everything
