My car was hit last year by hail. 3 month after this happen it went to the worst panel beater in the world called silver Star auto body. My new car must have been the first car ever handled by them. They as much as dial directs service centre. My new car has been butcher by the clowns at silver star auto body and dial direct is not interested in helping get it sorted out. I urge any one to avoid using dial direct or silver star as well as global hail if they need to claim rather go some where else. Dial direct has still not once made any attempt to contact me since I claimed 4 month ago. dial direct and there associated service providers at service on every level, avoid them like the plaque.
