Lack of service and follow up to any of my calls

Hi there

I would like to bring to your attention to bad/lack of service received from my insurance company Dial Direct. People in particular - the call centre as well as Devan Koekemoer, Darius van der Merwe and Morne Coetsee. No follow up. No returning of calls. I have a vehicle that has hail damage and has been at the repair company for 3 weeks today. After threatening Dial Direct with the Ombudsman on 28 January 2013 the assessor visiting the panelbeater premises to assess my vehicle. I have called in to query my excess amount as what they have given the panel shop is incorrect. No one has followed up on this as well as the various complaints i have had with Dial Direct. I have written to the Ombudsman of short term Insurance.
