Policy to be cancelled due to claim loss ratio

I too have just been called by an agent informing me that my Mutual and Federal insurance policy will be cancelled on 01-Aug-2013 due to a non favorable Claims Loss Ratio.

I have been a client in good standing with Mutual & Federal for a year and made a legitimate claim. It was a fantastic experience which was very well handled.

I would almost have certainly have been a long-time client but now it seems that despite sticking to my side of the deal I'm no longer favorable.

I'm highly annoyed to say the least and look forward to a response.
