No Results after contacting the complaints depart

Well I am totally frustrated now. I lodged a query in January relating to my repayments amounts. I wrote about 20 e-mails and get a response for about every 2nd or 3rd mail that I send with out giving me the answers that I require. It seems that the mails are nor read properly or not understood. I did phone in February and at last had a conference call with the collection department and the complaints department, I was advised that I will receive a breakdown on a spreadsheet of how the amount was made up. I received a week later after I e-mailed several times inquiring on the status of the query a spreadsheet with the amounts due on, no explanation of how they got to those figures, I e-mailed again twice and was promised an answer last week Friday, still nothing I e-mailed twice again and was promised an answer by the end of business day yesterday. Still Nothing, what is a person suppose to do to get answeres. I utilized Standardbank's Complaints department to no avial. Is there no one taking responsibility for the work they are suppose to be doing? Am I talking to the walls or is there no-one qualified to answer the basic question of how was a payment due amount calculated
