I have lodged a request for a breakdown on the payments due on my statement on the 31st of January 2013. I have several corresponses since then with the Blue Bean Credit Card Complaint department. I have lodge a complaint on Hello Peter as I am not getting a proper breakdown from Blue Bean Card on the payment due amounts. On Hello Peter the bank replied that they gave me an answer on the query. It was not the proper breakdown I requested. I need a breakdown stating amount X is made up of Y. Amount A is made up of B amount C is made up of D = total amount due. I responded to that mail asking again for the proper breakdown and had no response. I also lodged a complaint with OBS and received a brush off from them today. They told me to deal directly with the bank. I HAVE DONE SO SINCE JANUARY they do not give me what I am asking for, that is why I lodged a complaint with OBS. Please can someone advise me on what my next step should be since I only get brushoffs from Blue Bean Card Division and OBS? Do I go make a case against the bank as they seem not to be able to give me a proper break down on the amounts due?
