I was billed an amount for R2332.17 on my account, where i only have a data bundle of 2 gig @ R149p/m.
amounts of R208.57, R225.44 R528.80 and the best 1 is for amount R938.73 for the total of 1 minute.(not even talking about the weak signal that i have at my house)

I then phoned to get answers for the amounts i was being charged, where i was given my reference number and was told that i would receive a phone call giving me answers on what the story was, i left it for 2 - 3 days when i decided to phone again where i was given another ref number and was told that there was no problem on their side I then asked for them to contact me and discuss the amounts but never received the phone call till this day i have not received anything. So when i phoned today my id number was asked from a lady in customer care and when i asked if i can please speak to a complaints department manager or just someone that can assist me the phone was put down in my ear. PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWERS what do a person need to do just to get assistance from cell c???
