AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH CMC AUTOBODY!

On the 26th of February 2013 my car was booked in for body work at CMC Autobody. Might I add that this is the very first claim I ever made and I've been a client with Outsurance for close to 5 years. I kept in contact with Mandy from CMC Autobody. Several emails were exchanged between the two of us, and on the 6th of March 2013 she confirmed that my vechile will be ready for collection on the 7th of March 2013. This morning at 07:40 I was at CMC Autobody ready to collect my car. MY CAR WAS NOT READY! Receptionist and gentleman than advised that car will be deliverd as soon as its ready. I left UPSET, as any normal humanbeing would be. I sent an email to Mandy and Dalene. Adele calls me minutes later (might add trying to school me), not a very good start either. I drop the call. Again an email from CMC explaining me QA at their company. Isn't Mandy aware of the QA at CMC? And also adds that car can't be delivered, after two indiviuals promised that it will. Well Outsurance and CMC I dont care if the whole QA team needs to deliver my car but I will not set foot into that place so help me!
