OUTsurance claim 94514161. Vehicle ready for collection. My car was booked in at Grorap Panelbeaters on the 18th March. I have been patient even when there were delays, and despite that I was not notified, was promised tathat the car would ready on the 25th, but MORE delays! Today in the morning I received an email and SMS stating that my car is ready, but when I go there the car is still in pieces! Bad, Bad service, I need my car for my job as I'm not office bound.
