BEING RIPPED OFF AS A CUSTOMER BY THE BROKERS

I have been a victim of not being expalined in detail about the risk factors /or penalities of being under-insured and over insured. i have put through a claim in January 2013 for items damaged by lighting.
the replacement value works out to over R30k. the assesor that came out to insoect the damaged goods also took it upon himself to take inventory and measure my home inside and outside and state that I am uinder insured and will pay a penalty. guess what they wanna pay me out now after the penalties, R3250.00.
what the TV or anything else can you buy and replace for this. they apprroved reapirs for the fridge which was over R3000.00 with the agent doing the repair but refuse to pay for it. i had to pay for it.
since when does the assessor your complete house and make notes of your clothes, pots, etc. when the come to assess damaged goods. seriously why are they trying to rip us of. yet monthly they will debit your account for the full amount of the premium for the same insurance. why not deduct from that amount we paying so they get less. my claim number is dmt050150clm. the broker Louis from Enimenth Wealth.sanet from regent dropped the phn on me while talking.
