Car not repaired properly but more damages

Outsurance booked my car for repairs at their chosen autobody in Pretoria (Cronje Auto Body) all was well until i got back my car. Firstly the bumper that was supposed to be fixed was fitted in crockedly and therefore a noise came from my tyre, then the light in my boot did not go on as it previously did. The sound that alets you that the headlights are on when opening your car did not work. I then reported this incident with Outsurance within the week and was advised to go back to the autobody. i made arragemnets with the Autobody and took my car in last week friday. I told them of my concerns and one of the managers told me that they did not touch the electrical part of the car which was the lights. He also told me that my tyres were big hence the noise (which did not happen before the accident) i showed him the cause which was how the bumper was fixed but he could not help. To my surprise i found them worrking on my electronics on friday (which they had claimed to have not touched) when i got to work my lights were not fixed and now my internal locking system does not work. I reported it and was promised a call from the auditors with 24 hours- which has not happened in 3 days
