Took my car in on appointment in to Global Autobody on the 26th March 2013. Rene assured me that there is no back lock due to the hale and will take 10 w/d. The assessment was sent to Global Autobody on the 7 February 2013 by the insurance company. Only on the 27th March I received a sms stating that they are awaiting the parts. 2nd April an sms was received that stated that the car is in for repairs. 4 of April I received another sms stating that my car was in for repairs. Tuesday the 8th when my car was supposed to be finished I phoned to ask when my car will be ready. Dean explained to me that there was more complications that expected something that the assessors did not pick up, therefore my car will be ready by next week Monday of Tuesday (14th and 15th April). And due to the back lock in the paint shop "due to the hale!! Tuesday the 16th April 2013 I phoned to request if my car was ready. Reply car in que for paint. I then received a curtsy car on the 17th April. I went to go and fetch my car this morning 23 April 2013 there was paint on my seat and the protection cover damaged and the carpet was not in order. MY REPLY FROM DEAN WAS THIS IS A PANEL BEATER NOT A BEAUTY SALON
