Incompetent to delive

My vehicle has been at TC Autobody Repairs for over a month and I still do not have it back after it was said that my vehicle would be ready by the 27th September 2013. That date moved from the 27th to the 30th September 2013. I called this morning at 11:30am and I was told that it will only be ready on the 2nd/3rd October 2013.
The worst place to send a client or to refer friends; this is unacceptable and a major incovienece to me!
Pathetic is an understatement!
