I have been a loyal customer of your bank for years now, I have previously received great service at other branches and this is the main reasons I still use FNB. But to my surprise, on the 07th March 2013 between 13H00pm - 14H30, I had witness the receiving end of a very poor service at the idutywa branch. On the said date, I had qued to reset my credit card password, i was probably number 5 on the Que, The person/lady assisting at the counter was then approached by her friend & they started chatting infront of a customer who was kept on hold till the conversation was finished after a good 10 minutes, she then started with her work and did it very slowly. I couldnt believe my eyes, hence i took a video clip of the incident and requested to talk to the branch manager whom i have shown the video. i personally feel sorry for people around that area, as there was no one on the floor to assist/just give directions before you que. customer around are afraid to talk I was appalled at such behaviour, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Yourcompany has been known to provide good services
