I went into a Fnb branch to get a new card as my current card was due to expire, it being the 2nd time I had to go to the bank because I was previously informed that when I initially opened my account none of my documentation, signatured etc were processed, the Consultant helping from the onset had a arrogant attitude, she looked at my I.D and fidgeted with it like it was something picked up from a bin, she chose not to communicate with me but to the people next to her about the documents I had with me, she then refused to carry out my request for a new card for reasons that did not make any sense to me, I requested to see the manager but she instead brought a supervisor who failed to give me a logical reason as to why I couldn't be helped, the manager eventually came but offered no solutions, I was not treated like a valued customer but was talked down on, disprespected by both women and left there in tears, I am a young hard working woman who pays for their services like every other customer. I work in the retail industry so I understand the value of good customer service but being at that branch I felt like I had no worth to them, this was an appalling experience!
