I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT SHOP AGAIN

I have been a loyal customer of Truworths for the past 5 years, I have time and again received great service at the stores, particularly Menlyn, which is one of the main reasons I shop there. I decided to take a turn at the Brooklyn branch for the first time and to my surprise I was at the receiving end of some very poor service.
I made the purchase of a few clothing items, and headed towards the cosmetics section to get make-up, as I made my way back towards the counter in the clothing section to pay for them, a young lady surged towards me and addressed me in a tone I didn't appreciate, I addressed that and her response to me was that I'm too sensitive. I decided to give her back the cosmetics and to leave all the clothes I had picked out and told the manager of the store politely that I will not ever be coming back to Brooklyn Truworths and will pass it on to friends, family and colleagues. I'm of the opinion that had I been older, or had I been of a different colour that the clarins lady would've spoken to me politely instead of raising her voice at me. I've never been treated with such contempt. I am appalled at this behaviour.
