Relating to my complaint ref : 3571802, in terms of myself getting the refund about my money that was from my bank, I went to the bank on regarding my incident as to to know how can i be helped, It was on the 31st of january 2014 at rustenburg standard bank, and when i asked the lady who was helping me says there's nothing they can do to help, because they told me before that they cant help me so why did i return again, i assured her that my matter was handled by Helga Auld at customer relations and she said I must then speak to Helga Auld, I dont know what to do, I need to know when i go to the bank, who should i speak to specific to this issue because i start my story everytime to the new person and i dont get any help, After all the efforts ofgoing to town to my bank to get help they fail me or maybe Im talking to the wrong person, I need to know what happened to my money, I work so hard and now I just have to make peace with the fact that my money is, no one cares to help me, Ples tell me who to go to coz no one is able to assist me. Im very stressed and dissapointed at the same time i feel like dying because this is uncalled for, my matter is taken so lightly!
