SERVICE!!

I applied for a home loan on the 08th of February 2013 STILL NO RESPONSE I've been calling everyday for the past 2 weeks and all I get is excuses from the bank I'm seriously considering moving my account elsewhere because they don't even bother replying anymore WHO IS THE CUSTOMER HERE me or the bank and WHO IS PROVIDING A SERVICE TO WHOM. I've called them three times today and I've been told that my request has to be reloaded BUT WHY BECAUSE I GOT THE SAME RESPONSE WEEKS AGO AND I HAD TO REFAX EVERYTHING. I'm sick of this bank I'd rather take my account to a bank where my services will be RESPECTED and APPRECIATED!

I've had it with being treated like I'm a beggar by this bank I've been a customer for years now but the service we get!!
