Further loan

Hello Peter
I have been a home loan customer with this bank for 6 years now, early this year I applied for a further loan they told me they cannot finance me because I live in a low class area. I'm thinking to my self why did hey finance the property in the first place and had a nerve to increase my loan term to 30 years without my concerned? Now I can't build outside rooms in the time frame I had in mind because according to the blue bank I live in a low class suburb really considering moving my home loan to a different bank hat will treat me as a customer considering hat nt even one installment was skipped and caused a lot of interest by this bank in the interim by moving my loan term from 20 to 30 years.
