Outsurance
No feedback on a recording request

I asked if i can have the recordings of my claim and was told they will have to go through them and then get back to me still no feedback about that this claim and getting my excess back from outsurance is the most horrible experience i have ever encountered... I think that this ordeal should go to the newspapers for the advertising of the slogan bend over backwards, but that is not what is going on at all... All i want is my excess paid back to me now so that i never have anything to do with outsurance again this is BS they do not care about you... No wander they are the most complained about insurance company in south africa... Outsurance i hate you and all the so called false things you stand for... You have put me through more pain and misery than anything ells hope you are happy with your service... Newspapers will very soon hear about this claim and all the things that has happened the things that was said and the...
