Outsurance
You pay for your own damages if under 2000 rands

Business & Finance

My car was broken into last night, and the reason I pay insurance, is so that they can help me on payments even on the little things that ruin my day like a break in and the damage to my car. So when I called to ask if my 'bend over backwards' for me insurance company would be willing to help me out, they basically said, I need to cover those costs to my car... what do I have insurance for?? So my 'bend over backwards' insurance company wont help me when there is a break in and damages below my excess cost will be left for myself to pay... that's not bending over backwards.
You have made an exception for window claims which are less that 2000 rands excess, why can't car damage be the same, so basically if I get into an accident, and my damage is less than my excess, I have to foot the bill... nice one Outsurance.
