Very bad customer service

My car was written off in December 2012... my claim was paid out fast but with a lot of issues following... it was said to me that i have to pay excess on my claim and it would be paid back to me as soon as outsurance gets their money back from the guilty party... the last time i heard anything from outsurance was on 7 March 2013
it is now 11 September 2013... no excess paid back to me no feedback nothing... it is like they do not care about their clients at all..." bend over backwards for our clients" is BS... should rather be we make our clients bend over backwards and we will them to the end!!!
