As I work in Sandton and traffic is hectic unfortunate things happen like someone ending up in your behind.

This someone has no insurance and you have no other option but to claim through your insurance. Outsurance have really made the process easy and stress free from the first phone call. Knowing that the legal department at Outsurance would try their best, I was not expecting to get the excess fee back. BUT I did!!!
