DO NOT PAY CLAIMS!!!

I have 4 of my vehicles with this insurance. I called in to have scratches sorted on my Audi A3. I dealt with Shevaughn Britz . after sorting quotes and photos and sending it through I was told it has been rejected for pathetic reasons. 1stly they say I said its for a fiat, but yet I called for my A3 and got quotes for my A3??? surely I know what I drive on a daily basis. I have told them to pull recordings and I have requested that a manager call me! when you times this policy by 4 its not funny when a simple claim gets rejected, what does that say for the future. I have a business and will be upgrading vehicles, Smart Insurance will not be an option or a recommendation to ANYONE. I have been told they will contact me 22/10/2013. I want what I paid for! I want my claim sorted, I don't want excuses and let downs!!! tomorrow will tell! AND I especially don't want them to comment and say its sorted when its NOT like I have read seems to be the norm!
