Outsurance
Claims that i owe them money while i dont

I received an email from absa telling me that they received an email fromOutsurace to debit R3150 from my saving account and i dont have any insurance with outsurance please they must stop send request for debit orders on my account and ive tried replying to absa to let them know that i dont have anithing to do with outsurance they say they will call me and they havent i dont want to find a situation wer they will tell me that the money was deducted by outsurance and outsurance people must just rectify what they doing . i dont even know where they got my details.
