DO OUTSURANCE REALLY PAY YOU OUT?

Good day

I send a ams through Metro for outsurance to give me a quote on my car on the 13th December 2012. A lady by the name of Geraldine assist me with the quote. She said that she would send the link to me because she coudn't beat my current insurance. according to the system at outsurance she sent the link but unfortunate i never recieved it. i phone outsurance and spoke to Nish but he couldn't assist me as he didnt have authorisation to send the link again. He gave me Geraldine's address and i wrote her an email on the 31st january 2013 and the day after that but she never responded. i phoned again yesterday and spoke to Jerrard and he said that would email her urgently. uptil now i havent heard anything from outsurance. is this how they trick people to get insurance with them by lying. Could someone please just send me the link to claim as i dont think it should be such an issue.
