Outsurance
Listed for no reason

On 16.05.2013, I went to ABSA bank to apply for a loan. The clerk told me that I the application was declined because I was a very high risk. I asked her to check why and she told me that I was owing Outsurance R1186 since 04, 2012. I have no clue where this amount is coming from, I have never received any letters from anybody saying I owe money, so why am I on ITC system as a bad payer, I phone Outsurance and they dont even see on the system that I owe any money. I was declined by ABSA over Outsurance not doing their job and that is why I cancelled them in the first place, I am now without funds becauase of Outsurance.
