Outsurance Makes Promises they Dont Intend to keep

Outsurance had to pay me out for one of there clients driving into me. Outsurance promised the money would be in my account 15 days later. Not surprisingly, they have not met the deadline THEY made. I thought they would pay in time and made arrangements for another car, and seeing as I could not pay that money over on the 16th day, I lost the car. I f#*%ing hate Outsurance, I used to be a policy holder with them, never again. my entire family has even cancelled with them. They don't give a about any clients
