STANDARD BANK MY SOCIAL GRANT MONEY!!!

Business & Finance

I am a blind/disabled pensioner in a wheel chair. I receive a monthly government grant, a wonderful R1200 a month! December last yr the social welfare department rolled out the new SASSA cards and my money is deposited into this card since Jan this yr. I had asked Standard bank if i could effect a debit order to my E plan account as i do not like to draw cash or have cash on me in person. Standard bank said they could not and i would have to manually draw and deposit the money into my acc every month! February the 1st i did that and by the 5th of Feb i had my funds available for my debit orders etc! This month again on the March 1st i did the same and there is still no money? I did not even receive a notification on my cell to say i had made the deposit??? Today i enquire about my money and they were not even the slightest bit interested and just replied oh we will see what we can do!!! I need my money available as i have debit orders going off soon and they wont help me! what patehtic service is this? If i dont have this sorted by tomorrow im calling The Mercury Newspaper and taking this further!
