What a huge RIPOFF!!!

I have never felt so ripped off as by anyone till dealing with this useless company.

I bought a warranty for R4950 when i bought my car 16 month ago. The warranty is for 24 months.
My car had to go in for repairs and when the 2nd garage refused to do business with the motor mend warranty people i decided to cancel the warranty and asked for a refund. I understand that it would be a pro-rata refund, but R400 is ridiculous!!! I worked out i should be getting at least R1400.

When i phoned I was told that they never received my full payment, Why have they never contacted me about it??

I wish everyone can realize this company is just there to rip you off so it can collapse and management can end up on the streets!!!

I am still waiting for someone to call me for over a month since I last complained!!!
