Re Fact 1 The only warranty that was in question is your warranty. The vehicle came to you 11 times in the first 3 months! - under your warranty!! Plus I have proof from a report I obtained from Mercedes that there was a pre-existing suspension problem which you were aware of but chose to illegally not declare!
Re Fact 2 What exactly specification did I not adhere to in the first 3 months and of what warranty? Surely not the so-called warranty bought and paid for, because it never existed, did it?
Re Fact 3 What warranty was cancelled in the first 3 months?!
Re Fact 4 I was made an offer as follows: return car, you will give me the current market value, I lose all my payments, I had to pay AA rates for all the kilometres I (you) put on the clock, (most kms was put on bringing the car for 11 x repairs), and then you wanted me to still pay for a full valet! Are you people out of your mind?
Re - Fact 5 You ignored Danmar's instructions, the vehicle was still under the legal 6 month consumer warranty and not under the warranty I paid for and that never existed! You did not do the repairs because it would have cost you over R20, 000!
Would you honestly have done this to???
