Machanical warranty which covers nothing

We bought a car from MH Motors in rustenburg, and it was financed by ABSA and innovation group was recommended for machenical warranty. the car was second hand and so we decided to take two (2) years warranty with innovation. now only two months later we find ourselves faced with a situation where the cars engine light is on, we took it to Ford for diagnoses and the oxygen sensors were faulty and innovation replaced. but the engine light was still on and we took it back to ford a day later, where they discovered that the flaps on the mainfolds are faulty. no innovation refuses to cover the cost of -R12K, NO REASON given. innovation group is now passing the buck onto the dealer being MH Motors, but bottom line is as an insurer innovation should have inspected the car before giving us a warrantee that does not amount to anything when we have to claim. i refuse to take this laying down and will explore ever avenue in exposing all parties involved, unless my matter is resolved to my certisfaction.
