Wall and gate damage

My grandson's friend reversed into my gate, causing damage to the Gate & wall. His father approched his insurance to pay for the damages. His fathers broker Anton Barnard Brokers handled this and I gave Anton Barnard quotes which was requested for the damages. Anton Barnard brokers send this to Brolink and also told them that he could do the work himself cheaper. WELL, the fist person he send out to repair the wall, Patched it up and it looked a mess as this wall was unstable, he then send out another person to patch up the wall this person only build the wall from the crack up and the pillar as well the foundation is still cracked. He has send out a man to build a gate and to fit a gate . this gate is not the same quality of gate that I had, it looks like it has been galvanized sprayed and not send to galvanizing. they also cut a piece off the gate and then welded it and the resprayed it withg a can of galvanizing spray. I have complained about this and also about the quality of the gate which is not made of the same metal as the old gate. the gate he fitted is much lighter and blows in the wind. the old gate was of heavy metal and could not blow in the wind.
