Worst Customer Service i have ever experienced

I contacted Innovation Group due to them debiting my account for extended warranty taken out with them, vehicle has been traded in October according according to ABSA they have cancelled this with Innovation yet my account is being debited for a warranty on a vehicle I no longer own. Maxine Williams took my call and I am completely shocked at her bad attitude, tone of voice and lack of empathy. She was argumentative and did not allow me to finish speaking, she raised her voice at me when I asked her to let me finishing talking. I then told her I would be reporting her and she told me "Not a problem"! Shame on Innovation group, if this is the attitude of your staff, heavens alone knows what the attitude of your management is! I will ensure to never take a policy out with Innovation group. I soley hope I never have to be in contact with this company again. My query has still not being resolved. Why bother to even open a business such as a call centre when you cannot run it! or employ passionate people to work for you!
