Phones me at 18:30 to tell me I am R82 in arrears

Thou I diligently pay my bond every month without ever receiving a statement to the best of my judgement Absa has the audacity to phone me at 18:30 in the evening to tell me my account is R82 in arrears.
Not during business hours or just send me a statement, no they harass me after hours to tell me I owe them R82!!

Seriously rather get your invoice department in order and get me a statement than phone me for this pathetic amount!! I am sure I can pay you the extra R82 if I get a statement to that effect!!!
