Nedbank
Have to ask everytime for a statement

I have a loan with Nedbank, every month I have to phone and ask for a statement as I stop receiving my statement via email, till today nobody can tell me way.

My account is nearly paid off and still no statement.
What is going on?
Can I please get a statement.
