Hi i have an account with Nedbank and ive called their accounts department to get my statement as im not receiving it only to find that they say my account is in arrears whereas im paying everymonth. the agent transferred me to another department and they confirmed that my account was uptodate. My worry is if their statement is incorrect with an arrears amount that has a bad record under my name on ITC and when i told them this that they must correct the account from their side the lady said i have to go to ITC and get a letter to prove that. I cannot be inconvienced and call ITC whereas i know im paying my account correctly and every month. i need Nedbank to update their records and send me a correct statement with no arrears.
