Yet again I did not receive my statement

Hi there,

This is yet another complaint for ABSA. Why is it that I have to complain each and every month for not receiving my statement? ABSA wants us to save paper and then we opt for the electronic statement. They are worse than the any SAPO worker, how hard is it to generate an automated statement?

They say sorry with a smile but then they do the same thing the next month.

What is up with this terrible service!

I think ABSA needs to send me some presents for their failed service delivery, as once is mistake, twice is human error, 3rd time is unacceptable and this being the 4th, 5th or 7th time I can not remember is negligence.

I want answers and my statement by the end of the day!
