Old Mutual
Still waiting for my money

Hi
I went to Old Mutual branch in pretoria on the 25 february to cash up my investment and continue with my funeral police which is behind i explained to them that i need the money to bring my policy up to date and they told me this was the last month if i dont bring my policy upto date it will lapse i cashed up my investments and they told me that i will receive my money within 3-5 days even today i havent received anithing i need my money and nothimg else this could cost me to lose the 2year policy which i have with them paying more than 400 a month please speed up my payment i need my money why am i still waiting for the money which was deducted from my account i cant affford to loose the policy i have with old mutual if i do i will be their fault cant wait am desperately want my money.
