We have applied for a homeloan through a morgage broker. we have promptly had responses from other banks except our own bank FNB. they have insisted on further quotes and an engineers report which we have done at a cost of over R8000. engineers report should structure as sound with minor work to be done. we though our bank FNB would perhaps also offer a homeloan like the other "BEEP BANKS"have. no repsonse from our bank whom we bank with, my wife's company also banks with FNB (and turned over 3.5mil last year). all our policies and insurances are with FNB. we werent hoping for the best deal from FNB just a offer at least. they quick to run "BEEP BANK"down, but it seems "BEEP BANK"is FIRST to help FNB customers. "BEEP BANK"is the way to go
