Repeated bad service

I have always been a happy Outsurance customer but have been receiving such poor service lately! They decided to change my date of debit and getting them to change it back to the original date agreed on is proving to be a mission. All I want is to be debited on the date I agreed to. I have had to make a number of calls to them, and each time they have assured me that the necessary change has been made but each month they continue to debit on the wrong date. This has unfortunately now affected my standing with my bank, all thanks to their error. I am just fedup with this kind of service!
