A claim was registered with this organisation in February 2012. Initially everything went smoothly until payment had to be made. Then it was one excuse after the other... The computers were down; the system was being replaced; there was no network... Then last week the clerk called Robbie apologized and said that they were making a cheque payment into my account and confirmed with my brokers that this was done - this was Thursday. Another attempt of payment was also done on Friday and confirmed by. " proof of payment".

Today they sent through an Eft which was cleared at 4 pm on a tape run at Absa (banking ABSA to ABSA) according to them and the monies owed would be in my account this late afternoon evening according to Mr van Deventer.

Nothing there... So explain to me how ethical and correct it is to make a claim and statement of payment by sending false proof of same and nothing reflecting...

How low does this organization have to go to be honest with their clients?!!! And does this not amount to... I cannot believe that the staff at this organization would stoop this low
