I have a car insurance policy with outsurance since 2006 however lately I have been very disappointed in the service or rather lack of service I have been receiving from them. Within the last month I have asked them to change my debit order date more than 3 times and no one has been able to capture the correct debit order date as per my request. They keep debiting my account on a wrong date and they don't find the funds which results in high bank charges for me. I lodged a complaint with them and spoke to Donelle on the 24th of July and she promised to sort out the mess and refund me for the bank charges. I sent her my bank statement as she requested but up to this day I still have not received my refund or any communication from her. I followed up with her on the 30th of July but she did not reply to my email. Yesterday morning around 8h30 I called in to request yet again for them to change my debit order, the same thing I have been asking since beginning of July, I spoke to AJ who said to me that he will look into my profile and call me back within 3 - 5 minutes to sort out my problem, needless to say more than 24 hours later I am still waiting for that call.
