I have a loan with Capitec which the debit order date was set at the first of the month. The first month the date was fine, after that Capitec just decided on THEIR OWN to make it the 28th. So every month they debit money where there is no money in my account because I haven't been paid yet. So if there is no money in your account they just take money out your savings, first off this is. Secondly when you get paid they debit your acc again, then I have to lick capitec's to get my savings back. This month they did the same thing debited my cheque acc and my savings. So today is the 8th the took my savings on the 27th last month. Where is my money Capitec??? I went to the bank on friday to change my debit order with the bank statements proving to them when I get paid. They refused to change my debit order date. This is the last month i'm putting up with your bad service and. Good luck licking my for your money this time. I will not pay you until my savings is back in my acc and my debit order moved to the third of the month.
