First For Women Insurance
HUGE INCONVENIENCE

On 1st March as expected 1st for women was to debit my account for the amount of R1048.69 which they did. This amount includes my Altech Netstar tracker.
To my surprise I further had another amount of R398.00 debited from my account and they further advised me that my insurance company being 1st for women gave them a written instruction to debit my account directly.
I was not informed that this would be happening which means my privacy right has been violated. Furthermore, no one at 1st for women or altech netstar knows what happed.
Over and above this, I receive an email notifying me of increasing premiums, this is not a company i would like to stay with as I am not highly inconvenienced!
Furthermore, the Consultant Thandekile Mngoma was rude when I demanded that she ensures I have feedback by COB!
